Visitor Parking

$6 M-F 7:30 am - 7:00 pm

Parking permits are required on River Campus 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., except on weekends.

A permit is not needed to park on River Campus after 7:30 p.m. through 7:30 a.m., Monday-Friday, on weekends, and University holidays. Vehicles may be parked in any space unless it is posted as reserved, restricted, or accessible.

Visitors may also use the meters along Wilson Blvd. for short-term parking. Reserved spaces are reserved at all times.

Please stop at the Information Booth located on Wilson Blvd. for a parking pass and directions on where to park.

Amtrak offers service to the Louise M. Slaughter Station (located at 320 Central Avenue in downtown Rochester) is offered on the Empire Service, Lake Shore Limited, and Maple Leaf trains. The train station is located in downtown Rochester, about a 15-minute  Uber or Lyft ride from River Campus.

FlixBus: This bus service offers direct trips to Rochester from destinations throughout New York State and Pennsylvania. FlixBus drops off passengers in downtown Rochester, about a 15-minute Uber or Lyft ride from River Campus.

Greyhound: This popular bus service offers trips to Rochester from an extensive network of destinations throughout the Northeast U.S. Greyhound drops off passengers in downtown Rochester, about a 15-minute Uber or Lyft ride from River Campus.

Trailways: This company offers service to Rochester from locations throughout New York State. Trailways drops off passengers in downtown Rochester, about a 15-minute Uber or Lyft ride from River Campus.

River Campus is about two miles from the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (airport code: ROC). Car rentals, taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available in the lower level of the airport.
